Service Description
Having issues with your game console and you don't know what it is? Let us diagnose your Xbox or Playstation and report back. If you chose to move forward with the repair the diagnostic fee will be applied to the repair. It happens to the best of us too much moving our game console from room to room. Now we need a new HDMI Port. Our Technicians are ready to repair your HDMI ports and more! All Console Repairs are sent out to our partner company and depending on the type of repair can take up to a week for the total repair, more if parts need to be ordered. Please plan accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow neighbors, please cancel your appointment within 24 hours via the link provided in your original confirmation email. Please also text us at (541) 590-2474 soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. Due to the increase in no-shows and same-day cancellations, we now charge a non-refundable $15 deposit. A no-show will be charged $50, these fees will be charged to the card on file when you schedule your appointment. You may request to cancel or reschedule your appointment via the link provided in your initial confirmation appointment request, as long as it is within the 24-hour window. As a reminder we prefer cash or check, cards are accepted with a 3% fee and you will pay once the diagnostic and/or repair is complete.
