  • ✖️ Data transfer to a new system
  • ✖️ Major data recovery — getting files back from a dead or failing drive is specialist work, quoted and billed separately from the membership

A one-year commitment is required. Memberships are non-refundable and must be canceled 30 days before the renewal date. Membership is for residential households.
